Shonda Underwood MARLA
Shonda has worked for Property Services since 1997, and has been a Director since 2002. Her responsibilities include business development, lettings and property management. Shonda has always lived in or near Haslemere and, having been in the property business since leaving college, she has visited, shown or valued just about every house in the area. She has a wealth of knowledge which proves invaluable in perfectly matching a tenant to a property.
Sarah Ellis MARLA
Sarah joined the Property Services team in 2004, having previously worked in the travel industry. She has since built a wealth of experience in property management, dealing in all aspects of new business and ongoing client relationships. As a landlord herself, Sarah can empathise with the requirements of both landlords and tenants. Sarah became a Director in 2011 and is wholeheartedly committed to the business and its clients.
Harrison van Baalen
Harrison, being the most recent addition to the well-established team at Property Services, bringing with him five years of property management experience, with further skill within the electrical trade and keen practical interest in building construction and pathology. In addition to working with Property Services, Harrison is currently undertaking studies to become a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors which will assist him in his competency working as a property manager in the industry. His responsibilities include management of properties during and prior to tenancies commencing and the resolution of deposits at the end of the tenancy. When not working and studying his interests are in cooking, weekends away in Devon and motorcycle & car mechanics.
Receptionist and Accounts Assistant
Karen has been with Property Services since 2006 after working for many years in the travel industry. She divides her time between the busy reception desk and the day to day running of the accounts department. Karen is completely invaluable, and looks after all the team at Property Services.
Jean has a long track record in a PA/administration background, having worked at board level for one of the largest companies in the UK where she gained an NVQ in Administration. She joined Property Services after working for several years for a project management company involved in property refurbishment and new builds, and has become a key member of our team.
Jo joined Property Services in 2017 having previously been a client of the firm and now looks after the accounts in between keeping fit, spending time with the family and travelling. Jo started a career in finance in London before taking a break to start a family. Jo has lived in abroad in both Hong Kong and Malaysia and can well relate to a lot of Property Services current expat clients.
